Shipping Information

Policies assume shipments are within the continental US

  • Orders received by 3:00 eastern time Monday - Friday will be shipped the same day provided the item is in stock. For your convenience we use UPS as our shipping carrier and send most packages ground. Please be advised they can not ship to a P.O. box.

  • For alternate shipping we partner with many suppliers who may drop-ship directly to you. This is a real benefit to both parties and other than the standard shipping costs no additional fees will occur. We reserve the right to use them as needed.

  • Free shipping is provided on most packages going to any domestic address within the contiguous 48 states. This excludes those shipments going to addresses which are located in rural areas as determined by the freight carrier. For those there will be an additional charge of $2.00 and may take an additional day or two.

  • We can also ship your items faster so please let us know if time is an issue. Parts can ship next-day, two-day, and even Saturday. We can accommodate most requests and additional shipping charges will apply. With your budget in mind we have no flat rate for these and each is figured independently to get you the best rate possible.   • A handling charge of $12.00 will apply to all orders.

  • Canadian orders are subject to Shipping, Brokerage, and GST fees.

  • Oversize package charges may apply.

  • For credit card payment options we accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. We also accept debit cards as long as it has one of the previous company logos on it. Please make sure to enter your complete account number and expiration date and for your protection a security check is run on all credit card orders.

  • Money Orders and Certified Checks will be shipped within 24 hours upon receipt of your payment. This option is only available by calling our sales department at 1-877-327-3535. Be sure to include your order number on your check. Please do not send cash or personal checks.

  • Backorders occasionally can occur and we would always try to substitute for a comparable item. If that is not feasible and you would like to wait for a part, you will not be invoiced until that part is shipped to you. If the backordered item is part of a larger order that has already been shipped we will pay the freight charges on that backordered part.
